Kress Foundation on 21 May 1952 as Jacopo del Sellaio; gift to the University of Kansas Museum of Art, now Spencer Museum of Art, University of Kansas, in 1960, no.60.48. [1] The painting was not included in any of the Chiesa sales held between 1925-1927 at the American Art Association in New York.
